Wuhu Zhengguo Development Corporation of Mechanical Science and Technology is located in Wuhu, city about 300 kilometers from Shanghai, the biggest national port metropolitan and with the greatest potentiality for economic growth in the East China Economic Zone near the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
Zhengguo is a civilian-run corporation, which has taken over from Necker International Ltd. the technology, production and testing equipment , researchers and technicians, and many skilled workers. This corporation has nearly 200 people, among them 51 are researchers and engineers, many others(68) are college graduates.
In 1997, our researchers and engineers developed the first roller shutter motor in mainland China. With continuous efforts in research and improvement, now we have become one of producers in China who can make roller shutter motors of all kinds and sizes, particularly the series of 5NM-300NM, with 500NM and 700NM in the process of development. Now we can put out 100,000 roller shutter motors of different kinds and sizes every year. We have been granted the CE certificate by TUV Rhineland Group in Germany.
Our Production
1¡¢Our co***ny has a capable team of researchers and technicians who are good both at theory and practice. In the past 8 years, they have been working hard on the improvement of our products, so that every motor we made is of good quality and superior to those of our competitors. Now we are able to turn out various motors to meet different demands.
2¡¢Our monthly production capacity is 8000 motors, of which 2000 are large-sized JT2, 1000 are medium-sized JT!,2000 are small-sized and 3000 are mini JT35. At the present time we are planning to carry out some technological innovations to increase our monthly turnout to 10,000 motors.
3¡¢ As far as quality control is concerned, our co***ny now has 5 items of checking equipment which can test 1.8,000 motors each month.And we have started to develop automatic testing system independently. It can be expected th
